If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days to return.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method of payment.
We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons pierced jewelry cannot be returned.
If you wish to return item(s) that are not faulty, they must be in a condition suitable for resale (not damaged or used), otherwise a refund will not be issued and item(s) will be sent back to you.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and all the possible import duties.
iriss is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
